Ms. Rachna Shah, an officer of the Indian Administrative Service, has over 32 years of experience working in various positions in the Government. She is presently holding the position of Secretary, Ministry of Textiles, Government of India.

She has handled various important and diverse policy matters relating to trade and commerce, planning, finance, multilateral assistance, social sectors, human resource development  etc.
