Sundar has been the head of public affairs at H&M group India Production since 2022. Prior to H&M, he had worked at the Manohar Parrikar Institute for Defence Studies and Analyses, IKEA India, and Arghyam trust on matters of geo-politics, government relations, public policy and sustainability.

He has a Masters in International Public Policy from University College London.
