Rajive Ranjan studied mechanical engineering in the Germany from 1982 to 1988. After an interlude in his native India, where he set up a garment factory, the textile entrepreneur returned to Germany and built Techno Lifestyle GmbH, supplying design led sourcing solutions to the biggest retailer and brands in Germany.

Ranjan has significant experience in the fashion retail sector and having owned and operational leaded the fashion retail chain Wehmeyer in Germany for three years with 50,000 m² and 23 stores. Furthermore, he was the JV-Partner of s.Oliver for their retail operations in India.

He the Managing Director of Techno Design GmbH. Techno provides vertically integrated end-to-end sourcing solutions for apparel, home textiles, hard goods and footwear for leading European and American retailers and brands. Techno is headquartered in Düsseldorf, Germany and has sourcing offices in India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, China, Pakistan &Turkey
