Stephan Sielaff is Chief Executive Officer of the Lenzing Group, a world leading provider of specialty cellulose fibers for the textile and nonwovens industries with nine production sites in eight countries. With a master's degree in Chemical Engineering and extensive international management experience, he is committed to Lenzing's purpose and strategy. As CEO since 2022, he is driving Lenzing's "Better Growth Strategy".
Prior to that, he served in Lenzing as Chief Technology & Operating Officer Fibers (2020-2022). In this role, he managed seven global manufacturing sites whilst being accountable for driving the manufacturing footprint to world-class, he introduced a state-of-the-art continuous improvement program and purchasing excellence.
Stephan's career began in 1994 at Unilever Home and Personal Care Europe, where he held key positions in both marketing and operations, excelled in various management roles and led numerous projects until 2005. From 2005 to 2014, Stephan made significant contributions at Symrise in Holzminden, Germany. From 2014 to 2020, he took on the role of Chief Operating Officer at Archroma Management GmbH.
